NVIDIA creates many good GPUs (Graphic Processing Units), but that is very different from A.I. All the A.I. that I have seen is generative AI which means it takes information that someone else has done already, and applies that to your question but they halucinate a lot with many errors. (Except maybe for art or music where they dream up new dreams, but that does not help anything for science or technology).
Jensen aka Q from Star Trek Next Generation is proven to the world of wanders. He has inexplicable vision. Have anyone seeing ants underground castles. There is no way to explain how the ants do this. The same goes with "Q" inexplicable vision.

The weakest link in the globalization of AI, and creating systems and platforms that will run and manage everything everywhere, will be safety and security, along with POWER
The amount of power required to run an enormous server farm perhaps enabling the global financial and banking systems to run, will be astronomical…I believe these enormous server farms will require their own redundant power sources outside of the electric grids which could be compromised. This is why we are beginning to see the development of portable nuclear power units, a few of these can run an entire city with no need to construct a brick and mortar plant.
Let's also understand that updating and upgrading the Nividia chip creation process eventually will get to days, rather than months and years…AI is going to update its own chips at some point…and that will almost be at light speed
