Not obsessed with the local stuff because I'm more interested in battery life and ease of use, but I set up Continue with an Anthropic and Mixtral API key and this baby is great.
I was coming from Copilot but this setup has a much better UX and it's way smarter. Definitely sticking with this

If you can't run the model on locally computer, just try out Continue + Codestral (free to get an API key)
The most ridiculous thing about github is that by pushing your code you are feeding the ai, for which you have to pay for to use it. And if we have feeded the ai enough it can take over our jobs. Quiet ironic..
