Work displacement from ai is inevitable, like has happened with every new technology. It is ridiculous to think that jobs will not be affected. You will either adapt or you will be left behind. Your job is not safe and it never has been.

As long as AI cannot think abstractly it seems to be controllable. Limited inferences can be a really powerful tool. Thus a factory bot can innovate how to tighten a screw without worrying about how much its owner is getting paid to employ it or engaging in political discussions. Overriding human physical safety paradigms being employed as perhaps an abstract thinking enablement. Recognition and reporting of political discussing bots, by a factory bot, being a mandatory safety paradigm.
I believe in the importance of advancing AI, but we must do so carefully.

Listening on phones or pads, or my studio monitors is just uncomfortable.
Either you’re too close to the mic, recording too loud into your software, or the battery in the mic is dying.
“S” and “t” is painful and the low end is distorted and you really need a pop shield too.
Distorted audio causes stress and fatigue, and you say so many words in such a short time, that fatigue is RAPID.
I like your channel, but audio is VERY important.
On the part where that girl is talking to ChatGPT like an ai boyfriend, how in the world do you get that voice on voice mode? The 2 guy voice options I have in my app for gpt plus do not sound like that. Can anybody tell me how to get that voice??? It sounds much cooler

This Devin, I have not seen much of what it does. It almost feels like a fraud.
Altman has recently said that AGI is not on the horizon anytime soon, at least not for many years. They definitely need to ramp up their capabilities though if they want to continue to advance AI without changing their approach. The current deep learning approach is extremely CPU intensive. Personally, I think they're approaching this from the work harder not smarter approach. They'd save a ton of cash, and have more capability if they researched alternatives to deep learning, and instead focused on cognitive, self-learning models.
Lets just keep in mind that Elon saying it SHOULD doesnt always mean it WILL, we have seen him doing these wierd hypeman things in the past.
