  1. I thought Claude was crap first time I tried. Now I realize it blows GPT-4o… Out of the Water!

Wow. Matt was right again… Claude is TRULY remarkable!!!

Can wait to see what they do next… these guys are good! REAL GOOD!

Not to mention OpenAi and the whole Government War Machine Projects.

I'd much rather pay Anthropic then OpenAi… not that I trust either… lol

  2. I've watching almost every video you put out Matt and I will say there is not a SINGLE ad read that I've ever skipped -and the reason why? You're genius at making the products engaging, interesting and something relatable with examples given throughout. Not sure if your background is in advertising, but man – you are truly great at presenting the products you are sponsored by!

only editing this b/c somehow YT drew a line through the fact that I was calling you a genius!

  6. While I absolutely agree that AI should have to get permission to access data FROM NOW ON, in the past, training AI on data was the same as training people on data. Just like if I read a book or listened to a song and, years later, it influenced my writing or music I composed, that's where AI is. No one knew before. So, until now, there wasn't any real way to even ask for or get permission to have your AI comb through the data.

  7. Matt, I've noticed a banjo in the background of your room and wanted to use it for context. Would BΓ©la Fleck be "fighting for relevance" if he sued Suno & Udio for training their models on his music? 17 Grammy awards, won through a lot of dedication and hard work. Your hubris is disappointing. Show some respect for where the data originated.

  8. I hate everything about AI and everyone who uses it to destroy artistic thought. The only solace I am having is knowing that AI will eventually replace the coders who have destroyed the music business, are wrecking self contained YouTubers and Self Publishing on KDP. Yes, eventually they will be replaced because what they do is not art, its just code.

  9. I think all this free tier subscription stuff is heading in one direction; advertising. They could even copy the YouTube models of pelting free tier people with tons of ads until they pay for a subscription. It’s definitely about getting the numbers up first so they can hit the free tier with something to convert them. They will also be aggregating that data for advertisers.

  10. By keeping(hording) songs to themselves, Record labels want to control the $ by releasing their own a.i. songs. If they're the only ones to train, they're the only ones with the best a.i. songs, they make all the profit. Because they have all the $, we will see less $ put into real musicians. Because why would they? "Greed is greed, it don't change." If they're greedy now, they'll continue it's course. If musicians help the labels by fighting to keep copyright, musicians themselves are screwing themselves. The labels really have always controlled the lions share of what we hear, luckily it's been at least real people… Till now.. This is not going to be pretty.. We need an "Elon Musk" character to give a big middle finger, and create a platform that can combat this.. Meaning, someone with as much $ as the labels that can stand beside them and go, ya, well, People really don't like your greed…What are ya gonna do?

    Made with HARPA AI

  12. Hi Matt, love your shows, keep up the good work. I’m an old guy, but I’ve learnt so much from you and your channel, so a big thank you for that.

Using the products I saw on your channel I made an all A.I. You Tube Show using SID, a Ufology & Sci-Fi Bot I created.

I hope you don’t mind but I gave your show a mention in my 'Favorite You Tube Creators' feature.

There are no videos in my show, only AI generated photos, voices and avatars. Hope you like it.

  13. Man I really wish they made a windows app. I'd prefer that over using Microsoft's co-pilot but it's probably part of their deal with Microsoft that they don't have their own app.

  14. I've been waiting since March to be given access to LTX, why do they need more people to join the waitlist if they haven't even given access to the ones that are already on it?

  15. The best chat tool his your laughing gear with other people, You do know you can pay for girl's to have intellectual intercourse with you not just intercourse.
0`s and 1`s are not capable of CHAT.

  16. All the legacy media outlets like Time are making deals with OpenAI b/c OpenAI is the new paying customer and pays higher than subscribers or advertisers. They will likely end up being the single paying customer.

Legacy media outlets like the record companies AREN’T making deals (yet) because they’re dinosaur oligopolies. In a few years only the ones that cut deals with AI will still be around.

News / print / online outlets have already gone through multiple purges like this and only those that learned the importance of adapting are still around.

  17. The real productivity bombshell is projects by anthropic. while open ai promises but under delivers Anthropic with Projects, Artifacts and Sonnet 3.5 is killing it.

  18. Subjectively, all freshly-dropped AI versions behave amazingly for a couple of days and then… Get nerfed? Gpt 4o was atrocious from the start with the simplest tasks – straight up ignoring follow-up prompts, gasligting ("yep, I did it!" while not having done jack), being super-lazy… Claude 3.5 is the same now, after being awesome for 2 days πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€”πŸ˜’
