  1. All this is so awesome I don’t see how anyone can keep up but you’re doing an awesome job, Thanks for sharing! the lady walking a 3rd leg appears and crosses over incorrectly

  2. It is pretty scary. I'm pretty sure, or really hope, there's going to be some kind of digital watermark embedded deep into the videofiles that tells people it's generated with AI. If not, I could see a future where people are not trusting anything on the internet.

  3. i get that the stock video thing is exciting, but is it really a good thing? i mean, it's putting people out of jobs; people who love their job out of jobs. i think ai should be used to help you do laundry and more physical labor, not art. art is for humans.

  4. But we know computers can generate realistic computer graphics, it is totally that it's doing it without you, but it's not exactly without us, it's all created by US, all the information is drawn from all the information we've given it.

  5. One thing I keep seeing people miss is the need for fuel. The AI has to learn on existing content. That content is currently made by artists, drone pilots, photographers, etc. If we diminish the incentive for them to keep creating and AI continues to create the majority of content, it will eventually train on itself. Then it will stagnate on creativity. I understand the utility and I think the stock footage argument is good, but the idea that we should just let it replace new, uniquely created art by people is a mistake. And I hate to say it, but people advocating for it to replace artists, aren't artistic themselves and it's that opinion that shows it. Creating is an experience, not just a byproduct. Also, you learn nothing about how to craft film by using AI prompts. It's just not the same. This is coming from someone who has created music with instruments and digitally. There are limitations to how much technology a person can use before it's not their creation anymore- it's the machines. We shouldn't delude ourselves into thinking this is just another tool for creative people. it's not. It's something we've barely begun to appreciate the impacts of.

  6. The question: Is it possible in SoraAI to make series of videos based on the same character/person (cartoonish or realistic)? Does it remember previous promts? Can I use my own photo to generate videos with me in them?
For example, as you might know – there are many AI tools that generate text (stories) – some of them remember previous conversations, requests, some don't. The same with AI generating pictures, can you suggest, which AI tool can remember/redraw the same character and put it in different scenery (according to prompt)? Thanks

  7. I mean, I'm following the seriousness and craziness of this topic as it is explained… but the cuts to the 1 year old Will Smith eating spaghetti keeps killing me.

  8. It’s still missing some things but maybe if we tell Ai that it’s perfect, it’ll stop 😂 nah but in the wrong hands this can be very concerning 🗿

    Lite Hollywood

  11. "I'll be back'' – it's coming

And while the extinction of the human race is yet a reality, many of our jobs that came from passion – are.

I am a musician, and many jobs in the biz have already been taken by software, now also by AI, it is just a matter of time before it hits video creators as well.
to some extent I am definitely benefiting from this – on Saturday I am launching a new single and with it an AI generated vid, even the album art was a pic from AI generator.
It is both exciting and scary, you are very right.
Musicians were told to move with the times, and I guess it is now video guys/gals that need to hear this.

I love it and hate it at the same time.
The future is not set. Our fate is what we make of it.

  12. First AI voice clone, then AI image, and AI faceswap, and now…Jesus. Things would change for bad and good. But no matter what, our civilization need to go on and develop, we have to go on with it.

  13. I wonder how well it will be able to generate footage of real places or if it will be allowed to. Like if I needed accurate skyline or building from a real city.
Also it uses the stock footage as a reference so maybe it wont replace video creators just change their role and relationship with the medium.
I can't find the footage I am looking for most of the time anyway ,this might be a cool way to force something accurate and flexible.

  14. Let’s get rid of fun jobs and replace them with ai! Instead of decreasing the need for manual labor and creating an idle society where people can do whatever they want and actually live life let’s get rid of all the actual fun stuff and replace it with ai! Instead of having artist well have dalle and all the humans will be stuck to doing a 9-5 shift every day for the rest of their crappy lives 😂 man this ai stuff sucks

  15. Those videos look really good, seen it many times before but still it looks real in my mind, except, the golden retriever puppies, (dammit looked over to be sure, emitted "aaaw") anyway, the puppies; they don't blink. Nor do they use their second set of eyelids that most animals have, such anyway that they don't blink, but I mean,, if I wasn't looking for it? never would have noticed it not being real. Edit; Once SORA becomes available, first thing I'd wanna make, is basically looking like one of those with humans walking around just ordinary city hub-ub, but replace all humans with various breeds of dogs, only modify them to make them look like they are able to walk upright in a bipedal locomotion. (If audio was available I'm unsure if it should be various forms of dog-noises or ordinary English spoken, either way, would be neat)

  16. You lost your job. So did I.

We will NOT be able to compete against some young looking woman, talking about the geekiest guy topics ever. Youtube is already full of autogenerated documentaries and robovoices.
